At Morvenixorai S.A.S. (“Morvenixorai”) we protect the personal data of those who visit morvenixorai.com and subscribe to our private list of real estate projects. This document explains what information we collect, for what purpose and how you can exercise your rights as the data subject.
1. Data controller
Morvenixorai S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71768420-4, with registered office at Av. Leandro N. Alem 882, Floor 12, City of Buenos Aires, Argentine Republic, registered with the General Inspectorate of Justice under Nº 1,482,039.
2. Data we collect
We collect the name and email address you voluntarily enter in the subscription forms, as well as basic technical information such as IP address, device type, browser language and pages visited within the site.
3. Purpose of processing
Data is used to send you information about real estate crowdlending projects, news about the model, participation conditions and operational communications. It is not used for automated decisions or for advertising profiling without your prior consent.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the express consent you give when completing the forms, in accordance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Law 25,326 and related regulations.
5. Retention
We keep your data while your subscription is active and up to five years after your last interaction, unless a legal or regulatory obligation requires a longer retention period.
6. Recipients
Your data may be processed by email delivery, web hosting and analytics providers, all engaged by Morvenixorai under contractual clauses that ensure confidentiality and protection.
7. Rights of the data subject
You may access, rectify, update, delete your data or withdraw your consent by writing to privacy@morvenixorai.com. The Agency for Access to Public Information is the supervisory authority in Argentina.
8. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, including in-transit encryption (TLS 1.3) and internal access controls.
