These terms govern the use of the morvenixorai.com site and the subscription to the private list of projects of Morvenixorai S.A.S. By using the site you accept the conditions described here.
1. Purpose
Morvenixorai makes available information about its real estate crowdlending model, the available projects and a form to register on a private communication list. The site does not itself constitute a public offering of securities.
2. Capacity
To subscribe you must be at least 18 years old and have sufficient legal capacity to make commitments under the laws of the Argentine Republic.
3. Published information
The financial, technical and commercial information of the projects is published for informational purposes. Investment decisions are made individually, evaluating the risks and, if appropriate, with the advice of an independent professional.
4. Risks
Investing in real estate projects involves risks, including the possibility of delays, budget adjustments or total or partial loss of the contributed capital. Past results do not guarantee future results.
5. Intellectual property
The trademarks, logos, texts, images, code and designs are property of Morvenixorai or of those who have authorised their use. Their reproduction without written authorisation is prohibited.
6. Modifications
Morvenixorai may modify these terms at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this site, with its date of update.
7. Jurisdiction and applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute the parties submit to the Ordinary Courts of the City of Buenos Aires.
